къде: The project is implemented in Stara Zagora, Stara Zagora Mineral Baths, and Kazanlak (Razhena branch) in partnership with Trakia University, Kindergarten No.16 “Gorski Kăt,” Kindergarten No.17 “Slaveyche,” and NGO “World Without Borders.”
In partnership with Trakia University- Faculty of Education the project the project promotes data-driven improvement of pedagogical practices in kindergartens working with children from vulnerable communities. Through training, supervision, and methodological support, teachers develop skills for systematic data collection, analysis, documentation of children’s progress, and evidence-based decision-making.
Activities include developing observation tools, introducing child portfolios, organizing thematic parent meetings, and establishing internal structures for data use.
The NGO “World Without Borders” leads the component focused on parent and community engagement, organizing thematic meetings that foster trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility for children’s learning and wellbeing.
The project is funded by the Trust for Social Achievement (TSA) and runs for 24 months, from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2027.
